INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING COLOR BROCHURE (Portrait printing)
Template 1 pgs. 5 and 6. (front side)
Template 2 pgs. 4 and 7. (back side of template 1) Template 3 pgs. 3 and 8. (front side) Template 4 pgs. 2 and Notes. (back side of template 3) Template 5 pgs. 1 and Notes (frontside) Template 6 front and back cover (backside of template 5) Print template 1. Reverse your paper top to reinsert first into printer/print side up. Select template 2 and print on the backside of your page. You will have pgs. 5 and 6 on front and pgs. 4 and 7 on the backside, reading left to right. Print template 3. Reverse your paper top to reinsert first into printer/print side up. Select template 4 and print on the backside of your page. You will have pgs. 3 and 8 on the front and pgs. 2 and Notes on the backside, reading left to right. Print template 5. Reverse your paper top to reinsert first into printer/print side up. Select template 6 and print on the backside of your page. You will have pg. 1 and Notes on front and the front cover and back cover on the backside, reading left to right. Take your printed pages and stack (Bottom) up covers down-and 1 and Notes up. (Middle) Notes and 2 down-3 and 8 up. (Top) pgs. 4 and 7 down and 5 and 6 on top. Fold in 1/2, down the center-middle white strip, and staple in the strip. You will have a 2 page read- stapled- brochure, size 8x10, and center folded to create an 11 pg. color brochure. |
